Working at a comprehensive school in Bochum Kemal Yalçın has developed quite remarkable literature projects with
his pupils. One of them is the unforgettable poem anthology Die Wildrose – Yabangülü.
In 2007 the writer managed to realize a project of a similar scope titled "Hayalimdeki Okul" (much like
"That's how school should be"). He was given an award for that project on June 19th, 2008, in Cologne. A compilation is
going to be published.
